Our Home Inspection
Our typical home inspection will take approximately 3 - 4 hours on site. Our 400 point inspection report is produced in an easy to understand digital report that will include photos or video of the issue we find with recommendations to repair. The online version is interactive, large photos to view issues, and videos if it will help you understand what we are seeing. The report is also to refer back to once you move in and want to repair some of those smaller issues we reported.
Not All Home Inspectors are the Same
Did you know that Ohio doesn't require a home inspector to be licensed, certified, or insured ?
Some are full time, some are handymen on the side, some went to home inspector school, some got their training via an online DVD course.
